파워빌더에서 오라클 10g 로 접속하는 도중 발생.
properties 에서 system 탭에 powerbuilder catalog table owner 항목의 ID를 접속할 ID와 동일하게 설정 해 준다.
this is necessary for the initial connection to oracle to grant privileges on the repository
